DEFINE symbol value|address - Define a symbol

This command allows the user to explicitly define the value of a symbol.
Each symbol has a name and a value. The symbol name may consist of lower
and/or upper case letters. The case of each letter is sensitive. That is
abc does not equal ABC. In use symbols are simply replaced by their value
in commands and the value is replaced by the symbol name in a disassembly
listing.

Usage:
DEFINE PORTA $1000 Define symbol PORTA=$1000
DEFINE mask1 45 Define mask1=45 ($2D)
